No packages with clever names. No "book now and start your journey". Just the plain list of what I actually do in the car, so you know what you're getting before you sit in.

I'm Cormac Deasy, an Approved Driving Instructor on the RSA register, working Dublin and around it. Everything below is the same person, the same standard, whether you've never touched a clutch or you passed twenty years ago and know you've drifted.

Essential Driver Training

The twelve mandatory lessons every learner car driver has to do, delivered and signed in your logbook. If you're starting from scratch, this is the base everything else sits on. The full breakdown of what the twelve cover is on the EDT page.

Pre-test lessons

The polish before the test. We drive the actual routes out of your test centre, find the two or three faults that would fail you, and fix those specifically. Not a general drive-around. Targeted work on the things that decide it.

Refresher and nervous-driver lessons

For the driver coming back after years off, the one who let a licence go unused, or the one who never quite got comfortable. No judgement and no starting-from-zero if you don't need it. We find where the confidence actually cracked and rebuild from there.

What I don't do

I don't sell you lessons you don't need, I don't tell you you're ready when you're not, and I don't do the cheerful "you've got this" routine. You'll leave each lesson knowing exactly what to practise. That's the job.

How it works

One learner per car, the full hour, and honest feedback whether you want to hear it or not. You'll know after the first lesson whether we suit each other, and if we do, we build a plan around your weak spots instead of a fixed script. Simple as that. Now do the roundabout again.
